What do you like most about where you currently live?

I live in a beautiful, rural location near to water and woods. The wildlife and birdlife here is amazing - just a perfect place for me!

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I work entirely from home and get to organise my own diary. I also meet so many lovely people online and get to make a positive contribution to the future lives of many young people, which makes it all worthwhile.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I love walking (mostly with my dogs), cooking, gardening, getting out into nature and, when inside, reading and crafting.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Home is my favourite place in the world! After that, any lovely beach with soft sand, salty air and a gentle breeze...and sunshine, of course!

Where in the world would you love to visit?

I would love to visit Athens and Rome - mainly to see all the amazing ancient buildings.

What would you do on an ideal date?

An ideal date would probably be a beach or countryside walk followed by a nice meal somewhere cosy and welcoming.

What are you looking for in a partner?

I am looking for someone who will accept me for who I am and not try to change me; someone who will listen to me and communicate well with me; someone who likes to do some things with me but will equally let me do some things on my own sometimes; someone who will treat me the way I will treat them and who will be happy for me to apply all of the above to them too.

What makes a good relationship?

Kindness is essential in a good relationship, as is honesty and trust, I believe. Being best friends is also a great foundation to build upon. Humour and having fun together are a must!

What makes you laugh?

Dry humour always makes me laugh.

What music do you like?

I have a wide musical taste - some rock/pop is great; jazz; classical; non-commercial reggae, etc. I love going to live gigs, especially those that are outside in summer at venues where you can have a picnic and sit and listen to great music under the stars.
