About Chris67
Chris67 is single and is seeking males for friendship or a serious relationship.
Hello
Ive recently moved to the area and looking to make new friends. If something more develops, then I’d be open to that too. Ideally, someone who lives within a 20 mile radius, has a photo on their profile so no hiding! Also, not interested if you’re living on an oil rig whi wants me to give them money. 5’9+ and who drives.
I’ve a good sense of humour, I value kindness, honesty and openness in people. I’m pretty laid back and enjoy live music, restaurants, visiting historic places and crumbling buildings. I love going on road trips - just give me a big map and I’m off! Love nature, garden design, animals, spending time with ‘happy people’ (glass half full) and entertaining. I enjoy a wide range of music, especially Fleetwood Mac and like watching a good crime drama.
I smoke, drink occasionally and try and eat healthily (although I do love a curry or Thai). I’m semi retired and work part time as a business advisor. I’m bright, kind and independent. I drive and I don’t eat any animal smaller than a chicken. I cannot abide liars - it really is a deal breaker for me if people lie.
Drop me a line if you think we might have something in common, please say more than three words though - ‘Hi’ just isn’t enough! I wont respond to people who don't have a profile photo. Anyway, happy to grab a coffee and see if there’s a spark.
What do you like most about where you currently live?
I love the countryside, being surrounded by trees and nature and there’s no noisy neighbours which is a bonus.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
I enjoy helping others reach their potential. I work part-time as a director and work remotely, which gives me plenty of free time.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
I enjoy visiting old, crumbling buildings, remote places, quaint villages, going on road trips and finding a pub with a garden and live music.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Widely travelled, yet my favourite places include the remoteness of Scotland, Devon, IOW and Sicily.
Where in the world would you love to visit?
Southern Ireland, the Amazon and Cuba.
What would you do on an ideal date?
Let's grab a coffee and see where we end up!
What are you looking for in a partner?
I’m looking for someone who is caring, honest and kind. Someone who is calm, independent and who doesn’t take themselves too seriously. Enjoys having fun, socialising with friends/family, nice restaurants and who is just as happy watching a good film. Someone who is able to teach me how to use a drill and put up a shelf without blowing the house up, would be handy.
So if you live within a 30/40 mile radius, aged close to my own age (pref 48-58) and have a profile photo - then maybe drop me a message x
What makes a good relationship?
Mutual respect and values - being truthful and kind to each other.
What makes you laugh?
The irony of life….
What music do you like?
Various - especially Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, Simply Red, M People, BGees, soul music and some rock.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
Having great friends, a rewarding career and a close relationship with my son.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
I'm looking forward to starting the next chapter in life, finding someone I can connect with and enjoy doing things together. I prefer to take things slowly to begin with and I’m not interested in casual relationships.
What’s the craziest thing you’ve done?
I had a narrowboat built!
