About Wyziwyg
Wyziwyg is widowed and is seeking females for a casual relationship.
What do you like most about where you currently live?
I like Woodley as it is well served with shops, restaurants, doctors, open recreational spaces, transport links, has an eclectic mix of housing and is mostly middle class. There is a very low rate of crime, it is near the large town of Reading, only 4 miles from the M4 yet is right on the edge of the countryside.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
I am happily retired, so I am the master of my own schedule giving me time to follow my main hobby and to volunteer once a month at a local charity.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
My main pastime is competitive target rifle shooting. I am a member of a rifle club in Windsor as well as a member of the National Rifle Association of the UK.
I like walking in countryside settings, and I am sometimes given to composing poetry.
I have writtenamusing prose pieces which have been published in closed circulation magazines, e.g. staff magazines and the magazine for past students of my Grammar School.
I am good at DIY so use that skill at a charity once a month.
I enjoy driving and travel, both UK and foreign.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Italy is lovely and I do like the islands of the mediterranean. Central and eastern Europe is pretty and interesting.
The UK has some wonderful beaches, lovely countryside and country towns and villages. Scotland is spectacular but rather chilly to a southerner like me.
Where in the world would you love to visit?
I have never been to Crete so I am thinking of going there this year.
I wonder what Australia and New Zealand are like.
What would you do on an ideal date?
Take the lady out to a good restaurant, perhaps Italian, with me paying for everything; I would never let my date pay for anything. Or I would enjoy a trip to the cinema or theatre with her, afterwards enjoying a drink of coffee, tea (or alcohol) and conversation, possibly followed by romance.
What are you looking for in a partner?
An attractive, friendly person who smiles frequently and who would like to be taken out for anything we consider is fun. Someone who is good company with a sense of humourand who would not be averse to a romantic relationship.
What makes a good relationship?
See my answer to the previous question.
What makes you laugh?
I am amused by jokes, banter and good-humoured mocking.
What music do you like?
I don't listen to music very much, but my taste I would say is jazz, 60's and 70s rock and pop, plus some middle-of-the-road music. A few classical pieces occasionally.
What has been the highlight of your life so far?
My best memories are of holidays abroad with my late wife, especially our first ever trip on an airliner. Another is
passing my driving test at the age of 18 and getting my first car. West Country holidays with my wife and young children were memorable, and fun. Another highlight was passing my professional exams.
What are you looking forward to in the future?
To be perfectly honest, I am looking forward to "relighting my fire" and enjoying a sexual relationship once more.
Do you think age matters?
I think age is just a number; you are as old as you behave. However, I do wonder if ladies who are, say, in their early 60s would be happy to date a man like me who is 76, although I am fit and mobile.
