I'm a retired chef due to health conditions and was diagnosed with heart problems so have bn fitted with a pacemaker and defibrillator. It was fitted in 2018 and I'm generally fit for my age and condition.
I trained in martial arts for 23y which sadly had to give up on the fighting side of things but still train. I had 3 son now 2 as I lost my youngest nearly 3y ago. I enjoy playing pool and badminton, swimming too.
