I enjoy regular heavy backpack walking (10 -13kg) and rebounding... Currently both together (meaning I march on my rebounder with my heavy backpack on :):)

If you have bad teeth and would like to upgrade them, without pain (usually) or too much expense (in comparison to veneers or unneeded implants) ask your dentist about cosmetic composite tooth bonding - I had 1 of my teeth done... I might have more done in the future 😁
