roshar is widowed and is seeking females for friendship or a casual relationship or a serious relationship.

A widower (hate that word) and I am finding living alone difficult at times, especially in the evenings when I suddenly find I have nothing to do and living in an empty house with nobody to talk to. I am managing everyday chores, but it would be nice to have a good friend living not too far away, perhaps someone in a similar situation, to share interests, create new interests, and alleviate the lonely times. If something further develops, that would be very nice.

I have a mini poodle which is only 30 months old so still pretty active at times. Unfortunately having a dog restricts where I can go and what I can do, or for how long I can stay away. Obviously a dog loving friend would be preferred but not essential.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Peaceful, rural, and relatively crime free

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Gardening, playing music, local holidays

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I have travelled the world in my youth but there is no place like home. Given a choice, the Dorset coast would be my favourite place to live.

What would you do on an ideal date?

An ideal date would be to do what was mutually agreed.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Friendship, companionship, loyalty and yes, a loving relationship, but above all...honesty.

What makes a good relationship?

Loyalty and understanding and occasionally a compromise

What makes you laugh?

Various things. People and animals and good comedians, but not those that think they can get a laugh by using foul language.

What music do you like?

All types of music from country to folk, rock and roll, ballads, and even popular classical. 40's, 50's, 60's and a few modern day songs.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

I am still looking forward to the highlight of my life.

A loving companion to share present interests and create new ones
