MichaelDH is widowed and is seeking females for a serious relationship.

I am a widow of 7yrs and a few pounds over weight. I live on my own with a Jack Russell called Billie Murfy and she is a bitch and I also have a cat called Smokey. My hair colour was brown colour but now mostly highlighted in grey. I was a sparky by trade but now retired . I have two children both lecture and both married, girl in York and the boy in Sheffield. I am looking for a long term relationship with a lady for the rest of of our lives together.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Quiet, out in the countryside , gardening , countryside walks , wildlife , you know everyone , do what you want , get up when you want to the call of the wild by the birds singing.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

Retired so I can do what I want when I want to . I paint and do some woodturning so I can take my time .

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Painting, gardening, woodturning, going for walks with the dog at the moment but hoping for a long term partner.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Home by the fire with the love of my life in my arms.

What would you do on an ideal date?

On my first ideal date it would be a tea and coffee meeting to get to know one another first .

Honesty, love, witty and enjoy working together as one .

What makes a good relationship?

Do not keep things to yourself bottled up, open up that is why we are together to help, to care, to love , to talk as one.

What makes you laugh?

Anything comical and not dirty jokes which can go to far.

What music do you like?

Country and western, rock .

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Two children who have done well for themselves who have followed in my good looks and my late wife's brains. They are both lectures .

What are you looking forward to in the future?

A lady to be with to the end of time , it is lonely on your own.
