About Kend0
Kend0 is widowed and is seeking females for friendship or a casual relationship or a serious relationship.
Hi, I’m Kendo — domesticated, and very nearly house-trained. I’m here looking for a friend, something casual, or the full fairy tale (minus the singing animals, unless that’s your thing).
I was raised right by two very traditional parents — think old-school manners with just a hint of cheek. I’ll go the extra mile for the people I care about, even if it means minor inconvenience or major emotional damage (I’m kidding… mostly).
I’m the type who’ll remember how you take your coffee, listen like I mean it, and always have your back — whether it’s through life’s ups and downs or a poorly chosen Netflix show.
What do you enjoy most about your current job?
I work on Outside Broadcasts for News, Sport, and Light Entertainment — basically, I run around with cables while pretending to look important. Occasionally, I get to travel with work, which is fantastic unless it involves airports at 4am.
What are your favourite leisure activities?
Piano player since 11 — I can tinkle the ivories and impress your nan.
Badminton enthusiast — fast, fun, and occasionally good!
Golf…… well I enjoy ruining a perfectly good walk with wildly inaccurate swings.
Where in the world are your favourite places?
Italy, France, Italy, America, Italy, Germany, have I mentioned Italy?
Italy is my love language (yes, it appears three times on purpose).
Where in the world would you love to visit?
New Zealand is a must. I'd also love to see more of America but will probably wait till there's a more welcoming President.
What would you do on an ideal date?
Let’s just talk — the location doesn’t matter. Pub, park, coffee shop, spaceship… as long as we click, I’m in.
What are you looking for in a partner?
Someone smart, kind, grounded, and funny — a friend, a partner, a lover, a teammate. Basically, someone I can laugh with, lean on, and get lost in a good chat with. Bonus points if you also enjoy taking the mickey out of bad TV.
What makes you laugh?
Big fan of clever, quick wit. Dara Ó Briain’s my guy — love that brainy observational style. And I once saw Lee Evans in a tiny club trying out new material before a huge tour which nearly ended me in the best way, you really can (nearly) die of laughter! If he ever tours again, I’m dragging you with me.
What music do you like?
Raised on a solid diet of Motown, Beatles, and sibling-forced Iron Maiden. These days I love anything melodic — if it gets under your skin or makes you feel something, I’m in. Hit me with your Spotify favourites — I love discovering new music (especially if it comes with a story).
What are you looking forward to in the future?
Honestly? The simple but amazing stuff….
Laughing with someone who gets me. That spark when a conversation just flows. Lazy Sunday mornings with coffee, music, and no rush. Exploring new places (and menus) with someone curious and fun. And yeah, maybe that moment when I realise, “Oh wow, this person might be something special.”
