Looking for single/divorced male in the age bracket of 68 to 75 and tall.
I would like to meet someone who has similar or even more interests than myself as willing to learn or study new aspects of most hobbies or likes within reason, a sense of humour is important to me as there is enough misery in ths world so having a good laugh is a bonus.
I consider myself to be caring, respectful of others views, and considerate. I haven't travelled much to other countries or areas within UK, but not adverse to doing so now retired.
My pastimes are currently DIY and gardening having very limited social activity I am looking for a like minded person to join in on days outs or just to meet up for chats and social activities that we may both enjoy. I tend to dress casual as I feel more comfortable but should a special event occur I can also dress for the occasion.
I would like to find the ideal partner to enjoy the ups and downs life brings as you get older, should they end up having specific skills to assist in my DIY efforts that would be a bonus but not a necessity:-) I enjoy most things in life so be nice to hear from you.
Since I have joined this site many contacts are too young and live too far away so please don't waste your or my time.
Note: Quite a few contacts are only interested in one thing, I am not at such an early stage, I would prefer to get to know you and your personality before I commit myself to having a "relationship" of that depth, we would also have to have jointly the desire to go further and that in my mind doesn't happen on first meeting or even contact.
