An arts graduate, 6 foot and medium build, I'm looking for someone to laugh together with who has an off-the-wall take on life and a great sense of humour too. I'm refreshingly alternative with bohemian roots from my art school days. Just a Northern boy living in Wales that loves music, live gigs and festivals. I totally embrace the outdoors and the beautiful countryside here on the Welsh Marches. Love the sound of rain on the trees and like to feel the cold salty sea breeze on my face out on Cardigan Bay. Maybe you share that too?

Music, I love Indie bands like Glass Animals, Wolf Alice, Florence and the Machine; also early blues like John Lee Hooker and blues rock such as The Black Keys and the Chili Peppers. I enjoy classical music, especially early music by Dowland, Orlando Gibbons, Ward and Tallis and go to as many concerts as possible. So I hope music is important for you? An avid reader, I've read the philosophies of Rabelais, Russell, Kierkegard and Nietzsche plus a few more besides... I'm a fan of Lord of the Rings and the wonderful Mabinogion, if you love reading Welsh cultural literature too. Since we all need time out with a good book to reflect on life. Dogs have always been a big part of my life and losing my Border terrier Alf last year totally gutted me. So I'm now thinking of getting a rescue lurcher or another terrier.

I've been off the social radar whilst renovating my ancient timber framed house in Wales for the last couple of years. So it's time I was out there meeting someone new who is adorably bohemian too... like you perhaps? So if you've a paintbrush, how about we paint the town red together sometime? LOL !!!

Walking in the glorious Brecon Beacons, or further afield in the Peak District where I once lived, would be ace. I go to the theatre often and read the Guardian and Observer on lazy Sunday mornings. Though sharing a weekend together would be much more fun. I don't have a TV and want someone that engages with real people, not via social media at arms length. I don't have a super yacht or a private jet either. Nor do I drive a Ferrari or a Porsche, but have an equally cool old Land Rover. I don't wear a gold medallion, Gucci, Versace, Valentino or Armani. I work out in the gym and aim to look good in anything.

Chilling out together and listening to good music at gigs would definitely tick the box. Whilst sharing a good bottle of St. Emilion and dinner sometime would be terrific...
