An arts graduate, 6 foot and medium build, I'm looking for someone with a crazy laugh and off-the-wall sense of humour too. I'm refreshingly alternative with hippie roots from my art school days. Just a Northern boy living in Wales that loves indie music and festivals. I totally embrace the outdoors and the beautiful countryside here on the Welsh Marches. Love the sound of rain on the trees and like to feel the cold salty sea breeze on my face out on Cardigan Bay... maybe you share the same too?

Music, I mentioned indie and love bands like Glass Animals, Florence and the Machine; but equally early blues such as John Lee Hooker and blues rock like The Black Keys and The Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Classical music I love too and try to get to as many concerts as possible. So I hope music is important for you as it is for me. An avid reader, I've read the philosophy of Rabelais and Nietzsche, plus a few more besides... since we all need time out with a good book to reflect on life.

I've been off radar renovating my early 16th Century Tudor manor house in Wales for the last couple of years. So it's time to get out there again and meet someone new... like you! So if you're good with a paintbrush maybe we can decorate my place together? LOL!!!

Walking the hills together with you (nothing arduous) up in the glorious Brecon Beacons with the end destination a country pub, or further afield in the Peak District where I once lived... would be ace! Weekends the theatre and papers, I read the Guardian and Sunday Times on lazy Sunday mornings, though together with you would be much more fun! Don't have a TV and I prefer someone that's like me who engages with real people, not sad social media. I don't drive an Aston Martin, just an old Land Rover, don't have a gold medallion either or anything remotely by Gucci, Versace, Valentino or Armani.

Chilling out at night listening to good music by the open inglenook, in my beautiful old house in rural Powys, definitely ticks the box. Though sharing a good bottle of red wine with someone over dinner who is lovely, would be absolutely awesome... OMG! Where are you???
