I am divorced and have lived alone for over 10 years. My 3 children have all left home a long time ago.
I get quite lonely especially in the evenings although I have my dog and cat for a little company they don’t engage in good conversation with me!
I enjoy going to the theatre or for meals out but just as happy to cook for an appreciative companion.
I’m really not into time wasters…. Life is too short.
I enjoy looking after my garden walking my dog frequently, he’s a westiepoo and very friendly along with spending time with my 2 granddaughters.
I have my own home and car and am very self sufficient and some say too independent but I think that comes with having to be rather than out of choice. I am now retired after a successful career in further education. I enjoy travelling around the British Isles but would be nice to share the journey snd experience. I like to think I am quite easy going and good company…. Well that’s what I’m told anyway!!
