I am a retired man who is also divorced. I am spiritual and I am Reiki advanced, a qualified reflexologist and I make home made tinctures and hand cream from natural herbs. I am kind, caring and considerate. I used to turn failing care homes around and specialised in mental health in the elderly. I am now a blue badge holder as I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis and osteoporosis in the lumbar region of my spine and I had a stroke in January 2025 which I an recovering from, but I still enjoy life to the full, but I do get flare ups which can affect my mobility at times, but I still manage to walk my little dog twice a day I do not need a carer I i am able to do everything for myself. I was married for over 30 years and now find myself alone and wishing I had a companion to chat to and hopefully form a relationship with. I am easy going and very relaxed, I would love to meet someone about my age who loves music, I have a passion for all types of music, but particularly love prog rock.

I have no baggage and no dramas, I am a gentle soul who likes a quiet life without stress and drama and I am told I am intelligent. I really miss having someone to talk to and hopefully grow old with, if I am really lucky I might even find my soulmate.
