What do you like most about where you currently live?

It's functional, grounding, close but far enough way from Manchester city centre, ideal to jump onto any motorway network. There is nature within suburbia, peace within chaos. It is currently a sense of safety.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

It fits my strengths, values and the way that I can support young people. I can be that consistency when they have none, I am their emotional safety net, it aligns with who I am, not just my values.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

My job is very busy so I like low pressue, immersive hobbies. I do game, but slow progress ones, and I read such books based upon the areas that I have studied: psychology, crime, forensics. I watch Asian dramas and listen to Asian music. More recently, added to my collection of tattoos. I would like to get back into horseriding.

What would you do on an ideal date?

It would have to be calm, low pressured and grounded. Cafes, a drive or a walk. Talking about our interests. Laughing. Bonding. But it has to make me feel calm.

What are you looking for in a partner?

I am looking for a partner who brings safety, steadiness, emotional intelligence, and genuine compatibility, not chaos, not ego, and not someone I have to fix. I want someone who doesn't play games and can communicate clearly. Consistency is non-negotiable.
I am drawn to a man who thinks deeply and understands accountability. He can talk about his feelings rather than shutting them down. He has to be able to respect boundaries. I prefer emotional maturity.
I am a homebody and love comfort and routine. I like cosy nights in however I like a mix of peace and noise.
My deal breakers are I cannot be around smokers, someone who is emotionally volatile or unreliable, disrespects my role as a parent or pushes my boundaries. I have done too much healing to tolerate that. I want a teammate, not a project.
My work is meaningful and demanding. My daughter comes first. I need emotional support, not pressure. My independence is important to me. I am looking for someone who completes me, not someone who just "fits". I don't need a complication.

What makes you laugh?

My humour is childish, slapstick and dry. Think 1980s PC. I grew up on Cannon and Ball, Freddy Starr, Little and Large, Benny Hill.
I like blunt honesty and rarely get insulted. I am open minded. I enjoy clever humour and quick wittedness.
When someone finally knows me, they will see my sense of humour, and share inside jokes with me. I can find humour in a lot of things.
