I'm looking for a companion a friend, a soul mate who is happy to chat listen and have normal conversation . I'm looking for company on day trips , be it local garden centres to going to the cinema or theatre, the occasional meal out or having a drink at the local bar, coach trips are more enjoyable with someone by your side to enjoy them with. I want to meet a 60 to 68 year old as I'm 64 myself so have very little in common with 20 somethings. I m overweight my photo iis current date I look much worse than that,I'm a cancer survivor, have lost my teeth due to chemotherapy and I limp and have type 2 diabetes. I'm also honest, have good sense of humour hate liers and won't be pushed about.. I'm not impressed by dick pics so don't send any. I'm hoping for a serious relationship I'm not interested in ONS or LTRs I don't want to be rushed or pressured into anything , I have some health issues , fibromyalgia, walk with a cane, diabetes and a few others . I like animals, I have a cat but like dogs too, . I'm independent I expect to pay for myself on dates and will do.i like cuddly men build more Mark Benton than Patrick Walshe McBride style, I'm built for comfort not style and that goes for majority of my clothes too.i don't need to hear how frustrated you are or be asked how busty I am. That's not the type of conversation I need to hear . I want to meet someone within a 20 miles radius , can hardly nip over for a drink if your 100 + miles away. An ideal first meet would be either meeting at a local pub for a meal and a drink or a cafe for a coffee and see where goes from there.
I'm not perfect but not looking for perfection either, I have a car and drive but would prefer to meet someone who also drives so not the chauffeur every time.
I like quiz shows on TV and pub quizzes sometimes, I have a range of TV programmes I like but not things like Britain got talent, strictly come dancing love island and the like, just have no interest in them at all , not keen on football or cricket either but do like Superbowl and recently started watching F1 .
I can happily say I've never watched Game of thrones or Downton abbey , do like call the midlife and similar programmes though. Not a James bond fan or mission impossible but do like a good action film , I like superhero films too .
I'm more interesting in person than I come across on texts but hope this gives you some idea of what I'm like.

Go for a meal get to know each other talk chat maybe theatre show then a drink before going home after arranging to meet again

Trust, friendship, sense of humour sharing the mundane tasks helping each other.

Birth of my children

Being happy and having company and a cuddle when I need it , watching TV together
