I’m 61 going on 39, never felt my age, semi retired ex-nurse who left nursing after 43 years if you include my training because I was fed up of always having to watch my back! Moved back to Devon after a lifetime on the move from Cambridge. I’m separated from my soon to be ex husband and I have a 22 year old daughter who currently lives at home. I also have 3 dogs, 2 boxers and a Frenchie. I like to travel when I have the money, I like cars, faster the better, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t driven my fair share of bangers!
Politics and religion are taboo subjects mainly because it bores me stiff and has caused far too many wars.
I don’t smoke or like the smell of it, I like an occasional drink and have been known to get plastered on the odd occasion, I won’t drink & drive. I like men who respect women but I’m no princess, and much as I’d like to find someone for a serious relationship, I know I can live without a man if I have too, as I know how to change a plug and a car tyre! Joking aside I have a good sense of humour, a bit dark at times, but I’m generally kind and considerate as long as you’re honest.
