Everyone is friendly, a fairly quiet location, plenty of country walks, relatively crime free.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am retired so have a life of leisure.

I enjoy walking and gardening, occasional trips to the coast or other scenic places and hope to find other interesting things to do with the right person

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I travelled the world in my youth and I still feel there is no place like the UK. I have travelled to many places but there are still places I have not yet been to in this beautiful country of ours.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Been everywhere in my youth and there is no place like home.

What would you do on an ideal date?

I think a walk in the countryside followed by a meal and a drink in a country pub, but much will depend on what my date would like to do.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Love, loyalty, and friendship with similar interests.

What makes a good relationship?

Love, loyalty, compassion and understanding plus on occasions a little compromise

What makes you laugh?

Funny people, funny jokes and the antics of funny animals...oh, and when our window cleaner fell off his ladder.

What music do you like?

Everything from classical to modern ...with everything in between but being a bit of a romantic...nice ballads.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

I am still waiting for the highlight of my life...how will I know when it arrives?

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Winning the lottery and winning the heart of a woman...not specifically in that order but winning the lottery first might help.
