Being a service chef you get an buzz from the busy time but still make the most of the quiet times as well

I have many things I enjoy but always changing when the mood feels.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Norway, Austria and Ireland Ireland is my second home as I have family there and as for the other 2 well winter time is an amazing time to be in those two countries and yes I'm a big skier fanatic

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Sapporo in Japan in winter time yes you guessed it skiing again :)
