Please be clear I no longer respond if you do not have a photo, live over 100 miles away, are younger than 50 or smoke. It would be wasting your time. I have tried to respond but can’t do it and so apologise in advance if you feel I should.
I am an Independent women looking for a male friend initially who has an interesting life and can both talk about it and listen, who enjoys the occasional debate but who is confident enough to agree to disagree on some things without feeling the need to "wear me down" if I disagree. Who is not looking for a cook, cleaner or companion just to sit on a sofa and watch TV, because none of that is me. My life is fairly active as I am a member of several groups but sadly I also live in an area where women seem to outnumber men, most of whom seem to be married. I like male company but when I find someone compatable I wont be sharing them with a wife.
I am not comfortable entering most pubs on my own and visiting places or going on holiday is much nicer with a companion to whom I can share both the venue and the memories. I'm happy eating chips out of paper, building sandcastles, camping, getting muddy, doing puzzles, playing computer games, gardening, using a chop saw or jigging about listening to music. Anything else you need to know ask me, or even better meet me for a coffee but dont have any expectations, if we dont click we both need to walk away and if we can do that amicably all the better. It can be scary meeting a stranger but it can be life changing and what is there to lose?
