In my career, I have supported vulnerable people for around 20 years and more in the charity sector, helping those with issues of homelessness, substance issues, histories of ill mental health and a plethora of other issues that so many deal with every day.

In my life, I genuinely try my very best to leave flowers where I tread.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

I like it here…. I’m in London! What is there not to like? Aldo, I live next to a gorgeous park with crazy amounts of parakeets.

I love what I do. I get on very well with my colleagues mostly…

Gym, walking, reading, music, socialising…

Yorkshire, London and a few places in Europe I guess…
