About Me:
Warm, grounded, and not afraid to feel things deeply - I’m a thoughtful soul with a cheeky sense of humour and a soft spot for meaningful chats and unexpected laughs.

I’m currently writing my first book (which has been equal parts healing and terrifying!), just launched a podcast, and run my own spiritual wellbeing business supporting sensitive souls. My days are a mix of gym classes (yes, even spin on Saturdays), writing in cafés, dancing in the kitchen, and cuddles with my cat Luna.

Vegan by choice, soft by nature, strong by experience. I believe in kindness, deep rest, good boundaries, and oat milk lattes. Quiet over chaos, presence over perfection.
