I’m an open straight talking person, fighting my waistline like most do in everyday life. New year will be joining a SW class to loose a one stone which as stayed with me since my new op of a knee replacement, arthritis comes to us all in many ways and will fight it the best way I can.
Walking now is a joy and this new power in the legs is giving me a zest for a new life and challenge.

Open spaces for walking dogs etc.

Freedom to give my full attention to those who need help.

Soft sandy beaches of Dubai.
