Hi, I'm Steve. I'm slim and single (never actually married), with one daughter, who is sometimes at home with me. I am retired, but like to keep active. I'm very practical and capable, but also very loving, caring and tactile. Very reliable, I don't let people down.

I'm 'normal' but 'different' (aren't we all?). More 'confident introvert' than extrovert, prefer one-on-one conversations, but also enjoy occasional get-togethers. I have various interests and love to travel, usually by independent means, even including driving to Italy, France, etc. happy to drive a reasonable distance to meet up, but maybe chat on the phone first if it's quite a way. Happy to relocate for the right person (UK, or move to Europe?)

I would like to meet someone similar to myself, not necessarily with the same interests, but neither a siuck-at-home, or 'hyper-active' person. Also not looking for someone who wants to be spoilt with expensive meals, holidays and hotels, etc., just a normal woman who is intelligent, interesting and decent.
