I do like to look after my health these days. This is mostly with walking a lot, and recently added the Google fit to my phone where I always get around 6000 to 9000 steps a day. Not aiming for anything, just the way I always run around. I do like a take away around once a week. I play an instrument. I read music fand, have done for decades now. I am an outgoing guy, who just believes in being happy. Feeling good makes that happy, by yes, keeping well and a balanced diet.
