Hi all. Well this isn't awkward at all! I'm 46. I like to cycle when the weather permits and when I can be bothered! i'm team leader, 20 years in engineering

im 2 mins by mountain bike to lanes that take me to ashridge, dunstable downs and ivinghoe.

Go for a walk down the canal, stop at a pub. Maybe get to hold yr hand!
