Hi, I'm Paul, am currently 53 years of age, and have been single for around 10 months now, having come out of a long term relationship. I have been a Postman for the last 11 years and enjoy what I do even though the job has become a lot more demanding over the years. I enjoy the freedom of doing my own round, being out and about and meeting people. I was fairly sporty when I was younger and still enjoy playing Squash or Badminton and I enjoy watching various sports on TV, as well as films, reality TV, documentaries etc.
I consider myself to be quite laid back, and am not a demanding person in any way.

I am hoping to find someone to spend time with and see where it goes.
