Well is this the part where I list myself like an item on Facebook MarketPlace or Ebay?

So as I approach sixty from the wrong direction I will confess that I feel fine.

I live a very active life commuting to work on my cycle or walking. I love the out doors especially the peace and variety that nature can provide.

I also enjoy eating out at a nice restaurant and trips into London to watch a show.

The world is constantly changing and developing in various directions but I still believe caring, kindness and manners actually contribute to a civilised relationships.

I will leave it there for now and hopefully I will be able to answer any questions as I embark on this somewhat different journey!
