About Pete57
Pete57 is separated and is seeking females for friendship or a serious relationship.
Hello and thank you for perusing my profile. As a late 60s man I’m very much a product of an analogue age but enthusiastically embracing the digital revolution. I enjoy a range of pursuits and interests including music, both listening and computer composition, astronomy and astrophotography, archaeology, genealogy, English history, visiting ancient sites and ‘sacred’ landscapes etc, landscape photography, general aviation, classic cars and antique fairs. My happy place is a ‘muddy boots’ country pub serving real ale accompanied by a roaring log fire when the season demands it.
I adore my two daughters and the two (soon to be three) grandchildren they have gifted me. There’s nothing like being Grandpa and reverting to my childhood with a three year old. It’s great therapy. Cliche alert - I’m never happier than strolling on a quiet beach at sunset and contemplating the vastness of the universe and our purpose within it. Will serendipity smile upon me here? Who knows, but it’s nice to mingle among kindred spirits who share the same objectives.
Am I looking for a serious relationship? Well, that would be wonderful but again I’m at the mercy of serendipity. Either way, friendship and human connection is important to me. Distance is no real obstacle these days, so please say hi if you feel so inclined. I’d be delighted to hear from you. Sorry about the somewhat scruffy profile pic. I do scrub up quite presentably, honest!
