I'm here hoping to get to know a nice guy as a friend first and then see how we get on. If you are a caring, intelligent guy and a good communicator, then that would be a great start. Ideally, you would be over 45, based locally and not in a relationship.
I am a non-smoker and seeking similar.
My picture is about 4 years old. I do not send photos so please do not ask. I'd rather meet someone whose personality I connect with than someone who is only interested in looks.
So what can I say about me? People seem to enjoy talking to me so I guess that's a good thing. I am artistic, musical, creative, dreamy, absent-minded and a bit disorganised. My work is completely different and I have to be super-organised. I am also a very gentle person, sensitive and empathic. I hope to meet someone who is caring and understanding as well as being a gentleman, someone non-judgemental and generous of spirit. I love music, creativity and interesting discussions. Of course, I also enjoy romance, affection, eating out, days/weekends away.
Race, colour or religion do not matter to me, as long as practices do not clash with human rights and are not cruel to animals.
I have some health issues so would need someone understanding. I look well apparently but often don't feel it. I will not be climbing mountains or going on very long treks. However, I am happy to go out to visit places. I love sitting in a cafe and watching the world go by.
I was brought up in the wilds of the Lancashire/Yorkshire Dales and love wild landscapes.
Well that's the boring stuff about me, now it is time to get to know you. :)
