I'm just looking to make a new friend at the moment. It would be great to find someone compatible for the long term but who knows? I'm artistic, intelligent and sensitive and I like to think about things and question just about everything.
Realistically, we would need to live near to each other or it would be impractical to develop a relationship. I am not into brief liaisons and do not wish to spend my weekends travelling across country.
I have no preference as to race, colour or religion (as long as there is no cruelty to people or animals involved). I would like to meet someone intelligent who has a genuine, caring nature and who is a true gentleman.
My interests are music, philosophy, psychology, arts and music and many other things. I’m always interested in learning new things and in talking about your interests too (if they are decent).
I am a non-smoker and seeking the same. I do not wish to get involved with hunters or fishermen nor I am interested in meeting someone half my age who 'prefers older women'.
Arts and music are a big part of my life: I like to play guitar for fun and to relax. It would be nice to have company to go to music sessions or visit historic buildings, the coast/countryside, places of interest.
I have a some health issues so would need someone understanding. I look well apparently but often don't feel it. I get tired very easily and I am intolerant to cold. I won't be climbing mountains or going on long treks.
Please have at least one photo on here or be willing to send me one from the start. It is hard to trust a shadowy figure.
If you think might get on well, it would be lovely to hear from you.
What do you like most about where you currently live?

Interesting conversation, a happy atmosphere, excellent physical compatibility, mutual understanding and support.

The things people say spontaneously.
What music do you like?
Anything with good guitar players or a nice melody. Original, roots music. Folk and world music. Blues, some Jazz. All sorts really.
