Ok - so I’ve been on here a few months and now have a better idea of what I do and don’t want .Apologies if I sound dogmatic but meh … better to be upfront I think.
Essentially I think, I’m looking for an intellectual caveman … :)
I have a quick brain and need some sort of mental stimulation.
I’m a bit geeky - love history , I’m a semi retired English teacher so all things literary from bookshops to theatre float my boat . Shared interests are a must but I’m happy with someone who has their own interests and their own passions . I enjoy my own company and the person I’m with will need to accept that .
I quit smoking a year ago and am now about 75% Toblerone . If you want a gym bunny look elsewhere. I am mother to a teenager - I have no desire to mother my partner or clear up after them. Dating is my downtime.
With the right person I’m kind, funny, honest, loyal and tactile - and believe it or not a bit of a softy . I find overtly sexual messages from strangers offensive and a complete turn off . Plenty of sex chat lines out there , go find one if that’s what you’re looking for …
At this point I don’t have an end goal as far as relationships are concerned , I’m just dipping my toe back in the dating pool and looking to see where life takes me …
