What do you like most about where you currently live?

Generally quiet, neighbours are great and we are also friends, plus my sister is on the same estate.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I semi retired, although I still get offers of work and am considering whether or not to take them up. I've been an Aircraft Engineer for the majority of my life and still enjoy it plus the crack with the lads.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Pottering about and fixing things for myself or other people, bit of gardening, walking in the park, would like to get back to swimming 🏊‍♂️ again, and with the right partner would like to learn how to dance properly.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Love Amsterdam and Basel in Switzerland, still have friends there. Also like to visit Malaysia again.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Anywhere and everywhere, being that I have brothers in Australia, it has got to be top of the list.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Obviously find out as much as I can about her, express myself to her and have a laugh whilst doing it. Go for a little drink and leave with a smile on both of our faces.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Love, companionship, and togetherness , understanding of each other, working together as one, happy times, and taking the time to respect each other's views.

What makes a good relationship?

Understanding and respecting each other's views, we are all different. Honestly is a big must. Also give and take, as I've said we're all different.

What makes you laugh?

Just about anything, I absolutely love seeing and hearing children laugh. The funny and strange things that people do. Comedy shows and although I don't have to mention them by name, the quiz masters.

What music do you like?

I'm more into quiet soft music these days especially classical, calming music, but I can listen to most apart from all the 'rap stuff ' and younger peoples music.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

A couple of things, firstly. When I was in the Navy, while on base I was seconded to work in the stables. I learned how to ride and look after the horses, especially one of which I adored and had to treat treat her legs, she could have almost been human, I loved her. Being in the desert in Oman and bringing back a crashed aircraft, slung under another helicopter.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

A life with an equal partner, love understanding, doing things together meeting each other's family and friends. Having a warm and quiet life, but not too quiet 😉.
