These are some of the things I'm involved in like to do. i have many additional interests but i normally keep fit through weight based gyms, although at the moment am returning to condition by doing the military calisthenics program but in the past I've been into climbing, swimming(used to be a lifeguard) and karate. I'm a black belt sensai in Wado ryu karate I've taken my pupils into an association based competion to wit in every age category they came in as 1st placers, I now teach on a Meetup group for entrepreneurs called Robert Kiyosaki's cashflow, millionaire maker by Loral langemeier Roberts former Business partner
and Leverage by Brad sugar. I teach and coach these games to teach these strategies.
I created a climbing group called the RAMS a climbing group and academy social and education. I have lastly created a brand for food production, supply and education this company is called Ketogenic by Tony I've also got so many other likes and interests in Ju-Jitsu, swimming, board diving, property development, sailing, ice skating, rugby and a love of languages that's what our children will learn.
