What do you like most about where you currently live?

From most of the windows I can pretend I don't have any neighbours.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Listening to music while drinking wine and smoking; laying in bed listening to music or watching a film; walking somewhere lovely in good weather; watching a band whilst drinking rum

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Barcelona, bed. Apparently I need at least 20 characters for this answer to be accepted.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

For some reason: Norway

What would you do on an ideal date?

Dating sounds much too pressured. I'd like to meet a nice looking man for a coffee, find him hysterically funny and fascinating, and have him think the same about me.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Someone laid back, smart (I don't mean educated but intelligent), interested in the world, with emotional intelligence and good communication skills. If you enjoy sitting there sulking while a woman repeatedly asks you to tell her what's wrong - please don't come anywhere near me.

What makes a good relationship?

Honesty and humour. Again, I'm being told to add more characters to this answer but I do think this covers it!

What makes you laugh?

Absurdities, anything scatalogical (I can't help it), sarcasm, people falling over or otherwise injuring themselves in my presence (see previous), a number of things that really shouldn't.

What music do you like?

Pretty much everything (as naff as that is) except jazz, swing and soul. My current favourite band is Ihlo but that will likely change next week. I am never without headphones/music unless being forced to make polite conversation/go to work.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Getting my PhD (necessary for my job but also I just love my area of research); being mum to my now teenage son.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Everything! Ugh, not enough characters. My answer is still 'everything'.
