I was very disapointed during my employment on how a firm that you would think of as being a good employer, was in reality a really really bad, uncaring one

I came to the conclusion in the end that the firm does not deserve hard workers or any workers for that matter

I found the firm has no empathy, and trys to generate problems for no reason, all while wasting resourses on pointless things

The firm makes me feel really miserable about how it treated me, and how it has now messed up my future

A firm that says it wants employees to have RESPECT values but in my opinion the firm itself has None

Work hard in life and this is the reward ? Evil firm

Anyways its all very depressing. The firm could have said thanks for your hard work were sorry your being made redundant, and had genuine reasons for doing so. But the firm never did this as the firm couldnt have cared less. The firm stated they had no money to employ us, then after we left readvitised simlar jobs on slightly differnt terms, it made me feel sick. If i had to describe the firm i used to work for the word that i tend to think of is scum. The firm are experts at making the firm look good, when in reality it isnt
