Currently I'm taking a break,advised too,worked over 30years,not got much more to do to get my full pension,hence taking a well deserved rest

Walking and going to start the gym for light gym work,don't want to change my body too much,slight exercise rather than pump iron religiously .Considering swimming aswell

Achieving a good solid work history,so I can rest for a bit
