Civilflood46 is widowed and is seeking females for a serious relationship.

I have a car, my own teeth, losing my hair but not my sense of humour. Luckily was able to retire 2004 to the edge of the Cotswolds to garden and for 15 years played golf. However, over the last 6 years the weather has decreased my enjoyment. Now I pick and choose when to garden, walk and enjoy nature.
Raised in London until1970 so lucky to be in the club scene around Soho, saw The Who 3 days before their first record was released - that was different. Saw The Cream in small clubs quite a few times.
Music taste, quite eclectic.
I need to see Vancouver again, only there 3 days but didn’t get to the Island which is a must.

What do you like most about where you currently live?

Live in a quiet village in rural South Warwickshire with butcher, pub, paper shop and baker. One small town nearby for essentials and 2 other towns near for anything else needed.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am happily retired.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I have a biggish garden in which I pace myself to keep tidy and I am a member of 3 village teams or groups.
I walk and take in the countryside, the views and all that nature
has to offer.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

We spent a month or so around Vancouver, Canada.
My late partner and I had only 4 days actually in Vancouver, but we got there on a 5 day cruise and out on a 2 day train ride to 4 days in a log cabin site on the edge of The Rockies.
I felt there wasn’t enough time to get to know the people, the area.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

There are still places in the UK I would like to see

What would you do on an ideal date?

Have lunch and chat in a small restaurant or pub.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Easy going, not too set in their ways and willing to think how to try and merge with another companion.
I have my own car, I would like someone who can drive as I seem to always be the driver.

What music do you like?

The 60’s music, rhythm and blues, rock and roll, but the odd sloppy Ballard.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Getting out of London, where I was raised, but happy to go back for 3/4 days.
