Hi, I am new to this dating game. Just starting to get myself back out there so, be kind 😊

Divorced after 23 years. I am a single working mum. I have 3 teenage kids, one who has moved out for Uni and the other 2 live with me FT. I also have 3 cats but love dogs too (prefer larger breeds having previously owned 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks).

I like the calmer side to life now, chilling watching a good series or movie (crime dramas/documentaries, martial art films (previously a martial artist myself), action movies but also into romcoms, period dramas - I’ll watch any genres if I find it interesting) socialising with friends (when we can actually get our schedules to align). I don’t really drink but, doesn’t mean I won’t. I have the occasional smoke if I feel like it. I don’t need drama as been there, done that.

Music taste is also varied, all different genres, don’t care who did it, if I like it, I like it. However, don’t do heavy metal.

I am what you would class as a sturdy bird but working on that. Had a back operation a couple years ago and still trying to work through it. I like to go on walks but having to build back up on distance, so someone who can be patient and supportive. I’m still working on getting my confidence back.

I am not a dolly bird, don’t wear a lot of makeup and have a bad habit of biting my nails when something is bothering me. So if you’re looking for that always dolled up type of woman, I’m not for you.

I am looking for someone who is honest, reliable, truthful, respectful and can carry a conversation. Someone who I can call a partner. I am not looking to parent someone. Equal partnership, common interests and is happy to just spend time together without constant nights out.

I am not looking for a ONS, so don’t ask. I’m not interested in a few texts and then straight into sex talk. I am looking for something real, not just a quick how’s your daddy.

I may not be painting a great picture but, I am what I am. Low maintenance and easy going.
