What do you like most about where you currently live?

Although I live in a busy London borough I love the strong community feel and the transport connections make it so easy to travel around different parts of London and to visit friends/places further a field. So a trip to the seaside or a forest walk is as simple as nipping to the local market☺️

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

My role is in a busy fast paced environment but I love the different teams and partnership agencies I work alongside, but ultimately it’s really about making a positive difference to the lives of clients and benefits society as a whole too.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I like spending time with family and friends, visiting exhibition galleries, the theatre, gardening projects, reading a variety of books, planning trips abroad, exercise, taking part in community projects and walks in the forest.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

My favorite place to visit is Amalfi and Bologna in Italy but I also like parts of Spain and France. Visiting Mexico and meeting different tribes there was an amazing experience.

What makes a good relationship?

A good relationship would be based on honesty, curiosity and respect are the main ingredients. Two people that grow and evolve together whilst still maintain a mutual respect for both to have autonomy but that decisions impacting the relationship are made together. Also there is a need for mutual understanding that our differences does not mean that it breaks the love or respect.
I believe true love is waking up each day and picking each other (foibles et al) and then each night ending with compassion, understanding and appreciation for what we achieve that day. Never ending with cross words but allowing space for reconciliation and repair
Of course I have MANY foibles and flaws but no doubt am perfectly imperfect…. my favorite romantic film is True Romance because life isn’t always flowers & butterflies (although I adore them both too)….

What makes you laugh?

Life of Brian, Modern Families(USA), grumpy men (old & young☺️), The Office (Uk) theres lots of people that can make me laugh(myself included) but best is when people bond and build that connection that even with a glance theres a shared sense of laugher

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Raising my children whilst building my career and taking on further studies. My relationship with my children now they are adults has evolved and even though we may get annoying with each other occasionally. On the whole we can laugh and enjoy each other's company. I truly admire the people they have grown into. I am proud of my full filling career and the contribution I have made to community projects!☺️

What does your future plans hold for you?

I would like to take time out for a career change, travelling and creating new memories with those special people currently in my life. I would also like to meet a special person to have adventures and build a life together.
