What do you like most about where you currently live?

It's quiet and in a village but not too far from town should I need anything.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

The hours are flexible and it's fairly laid back.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I'm a country lad so I just enjoy being outside doing countryside things like dog walking and nature watching.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I just love being in the woods or at the coast. Devon, Somerset, Cornwall, The New Forest. A little further afield- Canada, Jersey, France

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Scandinavia, Tuscany, western states in the U.S.A. ( Usually I'd say anywhere where there aren't any snakes due to a snake phobia, but I'm interested in The Old West so would like to see where it all happened! )

What would you do on an ideal date?

A nice meal and a chat in a pub or restaurant followed by a relaxing walk either in the country or at the coast.

What are you looking for in a partner?

Honesty, Loyalty, Integrity, A good sense of humour and able to deal with lifes' problems. Someone who enjoys life in general. Not too noisy or too outspoken and no piercings or big tattoos! Preferably a lover of the great outdoors and interested in nature, but who also doesn't mind being in the great indoors snuggled up in front of a good film! I'd need her to be within a 20 mile radius of Andover- longer range relationships just wouldn't work for me.

What makes a good relationship?

As above really- honesty and loyalty. The ability to communicate and make each other laugh, to appreciate each others company and work together to solve any problems that life throws at us.

What makes you laugh?

Lots of things. I like different types of comedy from dry sarcasm to schoolboy slapstick to observational humour. So that would be shows like Blackadder, Father Ted, Bottom, The Young Ones, Fast Show ( I'm showing my age here! ). I also like to 'people watch' - things like watching someone parking their car in such a way that they can't open the door to get out of the car always makes me chuckle.

What music do you like?

I've got a wide and varied taste in music, from the 50s to the mid 2000s. Rock, punk, ska, reggae, soul, indie, instrumental, movie soundtrack. Anything except rap and jazz!

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Going to Canada and attending The Calgary Stampede, the worlds biggest rodeo event.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

To start crossing off things I've always fancied doing- husky sledging, falconry, marlin fishing, driving a Ford Mustang. Preferably with someone by my side to share the experiences with.

How would I describe myself?

Quiet and easy going, reserved at first but with a good sense of humour. I'd say I have an 'old school' attitude in that I'm honest, loyal and courteous. I try to treat others as I'd like to be treated myself.
