What do you like most about where you currently live?

It’s a reasonably sized town with beach & great choice of restaurants

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I’m contentedly retired. When I was working i served as a director in companies spread over several different industries.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

Light gardening
Family history research (enjoy helping research for others too)
Occasional football matches, but not avid or away all day type of support.
Meeting friends or family for coffee/lunch/dinner

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Mainland Europe. Particularly Portugal, Italy, Germany & Austria.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Don’t really hanker over any country not yet visited.

What would you do on an ideal date?

Arrive on time. Vary between discussion beforehand & a surprise choice,

What are you looking for in a partner?

Open & honest, empathy with everyone, smart in mind & dress, calm, definitely not an angry type, no grudges from either side, interesting conversationalist, ideally a great sense of humour. Looks after themselves & enjoys being looked after & spoiled. Romantic & young at heart.

What makes a good relationship?

Same wavelength with very few arguments. Clear discussion & understanding. Warm romance. Some interests shared, others independent.

What makes you laugh?

Quick fire off-the-cuff humour, such as TVs ‘Would I Lie to You.’

What music do you like?

Often 60s, & light classical.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Good marriage & wonderful children.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Meeting a compatible loving partner-to-be who seeks the same. Although close as a couple, quite happy to live in our separate homes..

What other attributes would you look for in a date or romance?

I’d like someone with at least a good education & intelligence, able to be a good conversationalist as well as the non-negotiable fun-loving & flirty stuff. Non-smoker.
