Let me say 1st of all I teach my own system of self-development;a synthesis of meditation,yoga,tai-chi and philosophy designed to help us get nearer our full potential.Of course I am still far from perfect,but,as you would suspect("physician heal thyself")I am grounded and emotionally stable.My(female)friends tell me most men are like little-boys who sulk if they don't get their own way,and carry all their previous traumas with them which makes them very insecure,so you won't get any of that from me! What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I love to get up when I feel like it not when a bell rings! Also I get paid to do the thing I love so I am very lucky;although it's not just luck!

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I love to play my guitar,walk my dog,talk to friends and I practice Tai-chi,Yoga and meditation quite seriously.I also love eating-out,travelling,cinema etc.but not by myself;that's why I am doing this!

Where in the world are your favourite places?

I like anywhere with water (so it's great to live on an island!)any beach is beautiful to me;and I don't meen just in summer.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

USA and Venice;but I learned if you don't take happiness with you,you won't find it when you get there!

What would you do on an ideal date?

I would hope to get to know someone before we actually met so something we were both interested in;maybe meet up for a coffee,followed by a scenic walk then cinema and an evening meal? No prises for originality,but it is the company that counts!
