Firstly, thank you for visiting my profile and taking the time to find out a bit about me. I don’t know about you but I find it quite difficult to describe myself and my interests to appeal to a wide audience but here goes. My name is Andy and I am 57 from Devizes, Wiltshire. I have two children, my daughter who is 27 and she lives in Salford, Greater Manchester, my son 19, who has just gone to Uni in Portsmouth. I work in the Ministry of Defence in Andover in a Project Management role. My likes, well it has to be a wide range of outdoor/indoor sports and more socially wide, going to the pub, camping, eating out, politics, current affairs and holidaying when I can. I am not particularly a film or book addict I’m afraid but I do like Stephen King and am not averse to watching films or going to the cinema for an evenings entertainment. I do enjoy Netflix series's particularly drama and crime. I am not a fitness fanatic who spends endless hours down the gym but I do try and keep myself in reasonable shape. I try not to take life too seriously and fun and laughter is critically important in having a good time whatever you are doing. I have a close family and this is important to me, as obviously are my children. I am seeking a like minded lady to share both the good times and I suppose those not so with a view to something longer term should the compatibility be there. I would really like to meet someone for whom I can connect with and vice-versa as there is little mileage in a one way friendship/relationship. I am trustworthy and believe in mutual respect, trust and common decency which I believe is the cornerstone of any successful friendship/relationship. I seek a local lady as anything more than one hour away is probably a little too testing for us both to be honest.
