Hi Everybody, My name is Vic. I’ve just turned 70,Divorced & I’m on this platform seeking Friendship, Companionship and hopefully Romance with a Lady who shares the same interests as myself and a Lady whom I can share her interests with too.
I’m a Londoner born & bred. I spent my early days being brought up in The British Army as my Father was a serving soldier in The Grenadier Guards, Victoria, Caterham, Tidworth, London & Germany were our various homes for over eleven years.
I left school at 15 and went to work in the markets in the City of London, Namely Billingsgate & Borough.
At aged 18 I joined The Grenadier Guards. I served for 5 years
When I came out and back into the big wide world again. I went to college and became a City & Guilds Qualified Painter & Decorator.
With the courses and knowledge I learnt in the Army, I switched, after 4 years to starting up my own Security Services & Investigations Company looking after the Security needs of many Distinguished, Private & Publicly known Clients. From Presidents & Diplomats to Rock Stars High-Power Business People. This took me all over the Globe North America, The Middle East, Europe & parts of Africa over 25 year period right up until my retirement in 2020.
I have two grown up Children (Boy & Girl), now in their late thirties and Four Brilliant Grand Children, Three Boys 10,15 & 17 + and a Gorgeous Little Grand Daughter of Six.
I’m a very Proud Granfather.
As they are all located in Northampton (150 miles away ) I get to visit them at least three-four times a year, meanwhile Zoom is a very handy device.
My passions are Music, from Jim Reeves to Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stone to Kenny Rogers, History & Current Affairs, I love taking part in Quizzes. I’m a very Sociable & Gregarious person and Love meeting New People. I own a very good sense of humour and some say a dry with
I love and appreciate Fine Dining coupled with Good Company & Stimulating Conversation on varied subjects.
I live on my own in a Housing Association Studio Flat 50 metres from the seafront at Bognor Regis West Sussex. It’s small, but it’s my cosy home.
