Like you I’m looking for someone to share the good things in life with. I’m happy by myself but I increasingly miss that special someone. Days out, country walks, National Trust visits, a bit of travel – it would be lovely to share these experiences.
A bit about me:
Gender: Male - yes, tick (don't get me started on all that gender stuff!).
Emotionally intelligent - yes I like to treat other people with respect and consideration.
Honest yes well you have to be with those awfully nice people from HMRC.
Solvent - yes despite a divorce in 2011 I still have a house!
Minimal baggage - yes I don't have a load of ex's in the background, I do enjoy female company but have yet to find that elusive spark.
Loving - yes - I do miss little things like holding hands when out for a walk or a cuddle on the sofa whilst watching a film.
Gambler - absolutely not - a completely pointless activity guaranteed to lose you money.
Alcoholic - no. I like a nice cold beer or a glass of red wine but currently on no alcohol as I am working on the circumference!
Smoking - No never have and can't stand the disgusting smell!
Clever - well that's subjective but I've got a Degree in Electronics and Economics and have spent my career in sales for high technology test and measurement equipment.
Capable - well if a button comes off then I may have to declare an international incident but I'm a reasonably capable DIYer and am currently converting my house from a 1980s museum (luvly colour scheme!) to the year 2024. New kitchen already in!
Fun - yes - still haven't lost my schoolboy sense of humour! It’s absolutely what keeps me on the straight and narrow, a laugh a day keeps the Doctor away!
Happy yes and I'm realistic and down to earth.
Would be great to exchange some messages or even better meet up for a coffee.
Oh and I do quite like cars – but I’m not an obsessive
