I have a very simple policy,

If I do find a profile that makes me think the person is worth contacting and so I send them a message, then if that person reads my message and does not respond within 24 hours of having read my message (this site lets people know if a person has read a sent message), I consider that person as 'not interested', so I then 'block' them, this prevents me from contacting them again or that person contacting me after they have exhausted any other possible options.

Another bit of advice,

I also avoid profiles that have pictures that have lots of likes, as it tells me the profile has probably been up for some time and that the person is not to be taken seriously, good men are not stupid.

Also, I do not have a photo up of myself as I am not looking for a woman who only wants a good looking man, I am far more than just eye candy, lol.
