What do you like most about where you currently live?

I live in Tilehurst, a suburb of Reading, about 3 miles from the town centre. Tilehurst has a village feeling about it.
I live in a 1 bedroom local authority flat, and have resided there for 13 years.

What do you enjoy most about your current job?

I am retired, but in my lifetime, have had many and varied jobs.

What are your favourite leisure activities?

I enjoy walking the river and canal around here. Possibly one of my favourite pastimes is sat with a tea or coffee, just people watching. Have just acquired a car, albeit it, a bit of a banger 20 plus years old, but it will hopefully give me the opportunity to get out and about, and explore further afield.

Where in the world are your favourite places?

Apart from my time spent in the Navy, I have not done very much foreign travel, and not looking to do any foreign travel.

Where in the world would you love to visit?

As I have said previously, I am not looking to do ant foreign travel any time soon, there are a lot of places here that I would like to explore.

What would you do on an ideal date?

I an ideal date would be to enjoy a meal or drink, somewhere quiet, so that I could find out more about the person I am with, find out what they like to do, and take it from there,

What are you looking for in a partner?

I am looking for an easy going, honest person, who is like me, looking to share life's up's and downs. Someone like me who does not take life to seriously, unless the occasion requires it, someone who can laugh at themselves.

What makes a good relationship?

A good relationship for me is based on trust and honesty, also it is all about give and, and compromises.

What makes you laugh?

I think most things make me laugh, I tend not to be serious person, unless occasion requires me to be, I am a person who is most likely to act his shoe size rather than my age. People would describe me as a class clown.

What music do you like?

I am a middle of the road type of music lover, likes of ABBA, Queen, Bowie and the like, plus music of the 60's and 70's.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

For me, the whole of my life has been a highlight, so many different jobs, and so many precious experiences,far too many to pick one special one.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Hopefully I am looking forward to meeting a nice lady, to enjoy each others company, interests and hoobies, and see where it leads.
