I'm an experienced sailor looking to make a female friend and companion with a view to building a lasting relationship. I have a very good sense of humour and try and look for the good in people. I find politics and religion to be too divisive to warrant any of my time. I'm not looking for a one night stand but rather a more respectful old fashioned style of relationship where respect, integrity and honesty are the key. That doesn't mean I'm looking to be staid or boring, on the contrary, I love a good laugh and fun. I am loyal to my friends and family but choose to only have a handful of friends rather than hundreds of FB type acquaintances. I don't have 'baggage' and am not wanting a 'baggage-filled' relationship. I understand we all have certain issues that life throws at us and that's fine. I don't want strife and arguments and treat people the way I like to be treated. I am quite well travelled and have just returned to Eastbourne after solo sailing across the North Atlantic Ocean with my sailboat. I enjoy the ocean and beachfront and enjoy the outdoors.
