Shep74 is single and is seeking females for friendship or a serious relationship.

Easy going, full time working, with my life in order, looking for the right woman to share the better things in life.

I'm originally from Wanstead in London, and like many, slowly moved until I found a place I am comfortable with in Essex.
This journey has been possible with London Jobs, mainly in Telecommunications, and taking wrecks of homes, and renovating and modernising them, while working, and selling them at a profit.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my kids, on the alternating weekends I have them, doing activities like Skiing, Skating, Bowling, Climbing, Swimming, Trampolining, riding bikes, and a lot more.
In my spare time I'm a really enthusiastic cyclist and love pushing myself to my limits, weather doing a twenty mile cross country trail ride, going to the Jumps and scaring myself while having a massive amount of fun, or going to the Hadleigh Olympic park and trying to beat my best time/lap.
In addition, I like to set myself new challenges, constant goals, and self improvement.
