Hi,

It’s difficult to know what to write about oneself, so I’ll stick to the obvious. I'm older, greyer, balding, and in retirement.

I worked as a civil service, then as a physio, and have also lectured in Health and Social Care.

I’m happy to say I'm creative, imaginative, artistic, and musical, and as a teenager played lead guitar with a few bands, and also as a session musician.

I've played semi-pro cricket as an all-rounder, I enjoy golf, and did a lot of gym work up to my 60th birthday.

Now it's yoga for flexibility and agility with regular walkabouts, and shopping, to ensure mental, physical, and emotional health, which are all good and in working order ~ thankfully.

Much of practised social norms are no longer for me. I’ve lived independently for many years, and was married for 23 years, and only the once.

I have three grown up children who are loving and giving, very successful and enjoying their own independent lives. I'm now focused on finding bliss, moments of leisure and pleasure, with a significant other.

Hopeful of finding someone with charm, the touch, the smile, and with passion behind those eyes.
