That I have nearly finished decorating. At the moment my home is on the edge of town so my outlook is farmland

I so love retirement

I have a camper van I enjoy being outdoors

Paris, Iceland, New Zealand, Cumbria and Northumberland and other laces

Where in the world would you love to visit?

Malta, I am a member of National Trust of Malta

What would you do on an ideal date?

Enjoy being with that person not necessarily doing anything extraordinary

Patience! Understanding, team payer?

What makes a good relationship?

Listening, sharing, caring and the odd disagreement

What makes you laugh?

Clever, well written comedies. Still love Old Harry’s Game and other 6.30 comedies on Radio 4

What music do you like?

Not modern stuff. Still think the Beatles are brilliant.

What has been the highlight of your life so far?

Passing my driving test years ago and IAM observer qualification.

What are you looking forward to in the future?

Travelling in the campervan
