I enjoy all genre of music apart from heavy metal, punk or rap. Tv /film genres are thriller, crime, documentaries, drama and comedy.

I suffer from arthritis in many joints plus had a stroke 8 years ago which has left some side effects. I suffer from fatigue, I needed to adapt some day to day activities to maintain independence, plus also need mobility aids for getting about.
